Due to the personalized nature of our AI-configured watch designs, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchases made through our website or services. All sales are final.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair or replacement at our discretion. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled as production begins immediately. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES
